ArtsWatch: Art exhibit a feast for the eyes, mind

Some food is created to look like art. The art on display at Conrad Grebel University College was created to make you think about food.
 
I mentioned the Just Food exhibit a couple of weeks ago and had a chance to go and see it today. And the images are certainly thought provoking. The one posted is titled "Food is a Human Right" by Bert Monterona, an artist from the Philippines.

For the past 20 years Steve Munshaw has served as a full-time music pastor in congregations across the country. A pioneer in the Christian arts climate, he’s been finding ways to encourage artists to become outstanding in sacred and secular communities. As the Arts Pastor at the Church on the Queensway Steve is involved with developing the Queensway Centre for the Arts and talks about this project.
