The recent suicide of actor and comedian Robin Williams once again brought the topic of mental illness out of the shadows where it became trending topic on Twitter, Facebook and other social media forums. Even Christians, and artists who are Christian have struggled with these challenges. On this show I’ve interviewed people who have openly discussed their struggles with depression, anxiety and body image. So I thought tonight we’d discuss this issue with Bonnie Grove (http://www.bonniegrove.com/), who, as well as being an award-winning author, has trained and worked as a counsellor.
