Arts Connection for January 19, 2012 - Ins Choi - Kim's Convenience at Soulpepper Theatre

Actor and playwright Ins Choi's play Kim’s Convenience was a hit at the 2011 Toronto Fringe Festival, including being chosen as a Best of Fringe pick. When asked about the play's future, Ins replied: “During the run there were a bunch of theatre companies in Toronto that approached me…I can’t really tell you the details because it’s still in negotiations but there is a very positive future for Kim’s Convenience.” That positive future included its current run at Soulpepper Theatre (http://www.soulpepper.ca/), which Ins talks about in this interview.
