Arts Connection for May 30, 2013 - Susan Acheson - Toronto Fringe play: "A King's Heart"

Area Fringe Festivals are fast becoming a proving ground for Christian who want to further their theatre skills. Both Ins Choi’s hit play Kim’s Convenience and Diane Johnstone’s Desperate Church Wives have been Fringe hits in Toronto and Hamilton, respectively.
 
This year, August Productions (http://www.augustproductions.org/splashpage), headed by tonight’s guest, Susan Acheson, is taking A King’s Heart, a look at the gifted musician, mighty warrior, man of deep faith and man of deep flaws that was King David, to the Toronto Fringe Festival.
