The relationship between writer and editor has always been seen as a challenge—by both the writer and the editor. But a good writer knows a good editor will polish the prose and make it shine. Arts Connection for Monday, February 10, 2014 - Bev Foster - David Festival

Six years ago a group in Port Perry wanted to create a festival that encouraged, enabled and equipped churches in the Scugog area to glorify God through music and the arts. The David Festival (http://davidfestival.ca/) has since has expanded each year in both the workshops it presents and the numbers of people coming from outside the Scugog area. Bev Foster, a musician, Port Perry resident and one of the festival’s organizers talks about the David Festival.

Arts Connection added to Faith FM 99.9 London's roster

Arts Connection is now being broadcast on Faith FM 99.9 in London each Monday at 10 p.m.
This expansion now allows the half-hour program that explores the intersection of faith, arts and Canadian culture to reach a broader audience base. And it continues to be broadcast on Faith FM 94. 3 (Waterloo Region), which has been the program's home since it began in June 2011. That broadcast is heard each Monday at 9:30 p.m.

Kimberley Payne (http://www.kimberleypayne.com/), has written a variety of books ranging from those on faith and fitness, to fiction and now, to a series of children’s books under the title of Adam’s Animals.
