Songs from Amy Savin’s debut CD Skylines have been featured on indie films, Christian radio and TV. Her break came when she won first prize in a singing competition. The judges’ feedback, free recording time and exposure to key players in the music industry were key to helping her career. Amy talks about her music, ministry and CD.

This month Sanctuary and the Bench Theatre Initiative explore the questions of of appearance versus reality, the limits of charity, and the ways we impose ourselves into the lives of others in their production of The Elephant Man—with a combined cast of professional and street-involved actors, including Sanctuary staff member, and tonight’s guest, Lyf Stolte, who talks about his journey in the dramatic arts, his ministry at Sanctuary and the upcoming performances of The Elephant Man.
Ottawa singer/songwriter Scott Towaij cites musical influences from Stevie Wonder to Steeley Dan—which shows in his unique blend of funk, rock, blues and soul. His CD Freedom Train was released in early March and Scott talks about his music, ministry and the CD.
